Could you tell you were about to go into labor?

the day that i went into labor (on my birthday) it was weird because for the previous 2 weeks i was so anxious to have my baby that i couldnt stop thinking about it and was on constant pins and niddles. on this day i was much calmer and relaxed. that evening around 10 o'clock i started having concractions and didnt even know thats what it was. i went to bed at 11 and slept off and on until my husband got at at 4:30 to go to work and i told him something didnt feel right and we need to go to the hospital. when we arrived a 4cm and 100% effaced. i had my daughter that evening at 6:55pm after about 17 hours of labor, the best belated birthday present ever:) i was 40w5d when i had her

I had the identical situation. I located it hyporitical that I did not have that near a courting with my dad and his companion, but they desired to understand the moment i used to be in labour. But subsequently i did inform them, effortlessly considering that I was once so excited! oh man it depends, if you are walking a lott you will feel your baby drop down and what i mean by that is his head will set in position right on top of yourvaginaa and it will be very heavy when u walk, now when you feel real sharp pains like hard cramps it means you are going in to labor soon , or after that real bad lower sharp pain your water will brake.remember every womans pregnantcy and labor if diffrent. specialy if is your first time :) i hope i answered your question.

I knew something was either wrong or baby was coming. Before I went into labor I had diarrhea and my hands had gotten so swollen I couldnt get my rings off.

Sure couldn't. My water broke when I was waking up to use the bathroom felt completely normal before then

a contraction could be the closest you can come to knowing.then more contactions with times between one and the next getting shorter.Like I had my first contraction and the 2nd one was 30min later.

I started to have more and more braxton hicks contractions then more mucous coming out down there. Then eventually they started hurting. And then baby girl came exactly one day later. :)

Nope! Never had clue one that that day would be it when I woke up and got out of bed
