I used to have this sensation when my heart was broken, when I failed in the important exams, I couldn't do everything that I want or I do my job not really good! I often wander along the streets, have coffee alone. Listen to some rock music or exciting songs would help me to balance my mind. It helps me fun, let something bad go and go ahead to the bright future!
