My cats went through a phase like that. Put her or him inside a small room, with water, and food and a few toys, that way it will be almost forced to go in the box. If that doesnt work, try picking up your cat and setting it down in the box, so it gets used to that litter feeling.

Well played to you for taking over a declawed cat and her problems, I don't forget plenty of the opposite replies that a softer muddle or shredded paper potentially kinder to her touchy paws and absolutely at least but an extra muddle tray ideally 2 and in designated locations so she will pass and be individual from your different cat. And of course plenty and plenty of loving present if/whilst she does use the muddle tray. Might be additionally a few newspaper or the ones puppy teaching pads and even an old bathe curtain below the muddle trays would avoid wasting mess. Excellent luck, you certainly love your cats very such a lot. Dtortie, so you do not don't forget there is also a connection among that terrible cat being declawed and the truth that she is not going to use muddle, bites or runs away whilst her ft are touched, is anxious and enormously strung, did you return down within the last shower? You have obtained absolutely certainly not gain knowledge of of the durable outcome of de-toeing cats, the touchy STUMPS, the personality alterations hence of worry of being attacked and having no typical defence and the truth that a gigantic percentage of declawed cats with problems like the ones Samantha has defined turn out to be in rescue centres undesirable by way of the very individuals who took away their claws nonetheless don't seem to be all set to live with the results in their selfishness . It turns out rather insulting to Samantha to come back on right here airing your "knowledge" approximately declawed cats and then asking her if she maintains the muddle tray blank! Your superb sentence sums it up for me, they aren't "kitties" they are CATS, not inanimate hairy toys, not possessions to vary nonetheless dwelling creatures made the way in which wherein they are by way of hundreds of thousands of years of evolution -WITH claws they usually must have the proper to keep those claws in the us the same as they've obtained in additional civilised countries that experience banned it.
