Selling Price -Gaming PC ?

Hello

My question is : What would you sell my old gaming rig for?

I've built many, but usually when i build a new one, I just take out parts and transfer them over till they are out of date or incompatible.

Case- No name case{side window,Top mounted PSU,)

PSU- ANTEC True Power Trio 550w SLI ready.

MB- ASUS-P5ND (2x PCI E 2.0 , 2x PCI E , 3x PCI) (4 mem slots)

CPU- Pentium D 3.2 (MB can take CORE 2 DUO and CORE 2 QUAD)

MEM- 3GB (3x 1GB) forget rest of specs

Video- Onboard

Optical- IDE DVD WRITER

HD- None

I think this could still perform with todays gaming requirements with a nice CORE 2, A little more memory, and a good Video card maybe even SLI. I'm done pouring my money in to PC gaming and stick to the 360.

I'm building a new PC for the hell of it and just want to get rid of this one to get some extra cash.

I see people selling old computers for way more than they are worth, to me at least. im not looking to get 500 out of this but anything over 20 bucks would help haha.

If it doesn't come with a gaming graphics card or hard-drive and only has 3gb ram i wouldn't call it a gaming computer.

    $100-150.

you would prolly make more money selling parts individually. CPU $10-30 , DVD $15 , RAM $30 , MOBO $30-40, PSU $30 , Case $30.

Keep in mind this is for online sales, if you sell locally by word of mouth you may have better luck.

Source(s): consider adding a hard drive. even a small one if u intend to sell as a whole.

Well assuming there is nothing wrong with any of the hardware, and since no hdd or no video card with older processor, id estimate that computer to sell for maybe like $100-150.

What kind of motherboard and case? Even given a very nice motherboard and case I don't think you would be looking at more than $550-600, the parts you listed total about $500 new (that's off the top of my head, it might be a bit more or less).
