Why do I have a large dent in my arm?

In the past few months, I've noticed that in my left upper arm tricep area a noticeable dent started forming. At first it was very small and I just ignored it, but now it's grown to be larger than a quarter. When I touch the area, it feels like the tissue and muscle in that area has just disappeared. It isn't at all painful to touch. I don't know what it is or what could be causing it. I haven't had any sort of surgery or injuries.

if it bothers you, it would be best to see a doctor. he will help you alleviate your anxiety. perhaps will give the exact diagnosis and will even help you with the best treatment. if surgery is the answer, then go for it. it's not at all painfull.
