At what time we can see Libra and Scorpius star in Naked eye?

actually i am able to see Orion belt and Canis major ,minor stars, Gemini stars,Taurus and Auriga Stars in naked eye at night sky but i'm not able to find Libra and Scorpius Star's in night sky ,can any one please help me to know what time these stars are visible? better international time will be good..

for me GMT + 5.30 is the standard time...

Update:

clue: need to find Antares star which is not clear in naked eye and region is southern India,Asia ..

time zone +5.30 GMT and IST 8pm to 2 am

    That's not possible to answer without your latitude, your GMT + 5.30 is useful for us to know your longditude but your latitude is most important.
