Who would I call for an ice maker?
My freezer does not have an ice maker, but I believe the hardware is in the back of the freezer so that an ice maker could be added. Who would make this change? A plumber? I guess a water line would need to be hooked to the freezer, but that may involve opening a wall.

appliance repair. check your fridge's model number, inside the door, and make sure it can be equipped with one first, though.

Hey cash, before anything I would suggest you contact the manufacture of your freezer and see if they offer a unit that can be easily installed, and then like you had suggested contacting a plumber for a quote is a good idea.

LOOK IN PHONE BOOK FOR REF. REPAIR THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO HELP YOU FOR THE PARTS. MIGHT NOT HAVE TO OPEN A WALL, ALL DEPENDS ON LOCATION OF REF.
