How to soothe my cat that is in heat? PLEASE HELP.?
I have a cat that is about a year old, and she is currently in heat. It was never like this before, but the past couple weeks she yowls and yowls whenever she is awake. I have to wait to get her spayed until I get my next paycheck, so is there any way I can soothe her until then? I live in a duplex and my neighbors keep banging on the walls when they hear her. She is so loud! I don't want to keep her locked in the bathroom either...is there anything I can do for her? I heard maybe if you push on her tail and hold the scruff of her neck it will soothe her for a while but I'm not sure. Help me! Both my neighbors and I can't stand the yowling!

Get her spayed as soon as possible. Her heat times will start happening more often and it is harmful to her health as well. Also, she will start, maybe already has spraying and trust me the smell is very hard to get out.
