Troll question, there are too many differences to mention between the repressive regimes in the middle east and Cuba. The ones in the middle east are all America's friends and one of the worst in the region is Saudi Arabia who supplies America with oil and that makes it OK to do anything you want. Saddam was a friend of America and had no problems repressing and killing his own people until he went of the reservation and attacked Kuwait then there became problems.

There have been several 'people's rebellions' in Cuba - replacing one autocratic dictator with another. (Machado -> Batista, Batista -> Castro).
