Is it possible for me to break my lease without paying any penalties?

I live in Florida and currently have a lease where I live until July. Ironically enough if you change your mind about living here within 30 days you can get a full refund, but we've been here 60 and NOW I hate it. We have serious africanized hunny bee and wasp problems in our outside stairwell (only access to our door) and I have been told we have to deal with it, they will spray and I am more than welcome to go get spray myself and knock down the nests with a broom (<What my Property Manager told me to do) when it clearly states in my lease that they pay for pest control. These are aggressive bees and due to that nature we find ourselves having to run up and down the stairs whenever we are coming and going. This is not only dangerous to my boyfriend and I, but also our one year old and our three year old that is also forced to run up and down the stairs if we are unable to carry her. I have also had elderly company have to attempt to run up and down, very dangerous! Also, we recently had some discrepancy about our lease and the initial fees. Our lease is drawn up incorrectly in that the "amount paid" does not actually match what we paid. 60 days after move in they pointed out that we owe this money, when it was investigated by the office it seems as though there was an unauthorized credit on our behalf by someone in the office other than the property manager and I was told (verbally) that we did not have to worry about it when I brought it up to them last month, again by someone other than the property manager. So now we paid the balance (which I don't think we should have had to considering all of the mis-communication between office staff seems to be the main cause of the balance to begin with.) and because it took them 7 days to deposit our check, it bounced. Now they are saying we owe them $100 in fees, and they are claiming it is our second offense of bouncing a check and our punishment it that we can no longer pay by personal check. This is also untrue, this is our first time bouncing a check. I just don't know what to do, I want to get out of here. I think they are horrible at managing this property, the bees are causing it to be a dangerous environment outside and I feel like they are discriminating against us or something. What do I do???? Please help before I lose my mind in this hell-hole!

Update:

I apologize for my spelling and run-ons, but I am really distressed by this and I have no support here in Florida, so I don't know who to turn to!

Contact your local renters union about the bees. As to not being able to pay by personal check they can set what they will take as rent so nothing to be done there.

Contact your local tenants union, they might be able to assist you. IF what they are claiming about the bounced checks is untrue, you can contact your bank to prove this.
