Do I need to take the same math class twice for different majors?
There are a few math courses that are required for a degree I would like to get that are also required for another degree I want. My question is, would I need to take the classes twice or could I take it once only? Does that vary in colleges?
If I got a minor in math, would I need to take those classes again for my major?
Thank you.^__^

If the specific class is required you'd only need to take it once. No school would make you take the exact same class two times because you need it for two different degree programs. However some schools will not allow you to "double dip" if the specific class isn't required. For example if one program requires Math 205 and the other program requires any math class above the 200 level you may not be able to use Math 205 for both the required class and the "any class above 200" requirement. Some schools will allow you to do this, though, so if you have questions you should consult your school's course catalog and/or your academic adviser.

Most schools dont allow for taking the same class twice, especially if you passed (got a C- or better) the first time, so you dont need to take the same class again.
