How does one get a feral cat bathed and groomed?

    He would have to go to the vet to be anesthetized before he was bathed and groomed if he is truly feral.

    Get it some flea and tick medicine and thae cat can groom and bath it self. In a month it should be all nice and clean and you wouldnt have needed to do much.
