What is the built in feature?

in Windows that will allow me to browse file folders? I actually think it is Internet Explorer; is there such a thing as Window Explorer? I'm confused

    Windows explorer is the "folder" in which has your "desktop" "My Computer" "downloads" and so on and so forth. Internet explorer is a completely different program that allows you to surf the web.

    Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer are the same core program with a different interface. Windows Explorer is the interface for files on your computer. IE is for web browsing. They are very similar in how they work though.

    Windows Explorer is the program in which you can browse your files, it is part of the windows shell which allows you to Communicate with the kernel ,

    the shell is your desktop, taskbar, start menu and windows explorer

    internet explorer is a completely different program which allows you to browse documents on the World Wide Web(WWW)

    Windows explorer is the shell that lets you navigate through your computer, Internet explorer is a Internet browser.

    Without windows explorer you would have no start button/desktop or windows in general.
