Why do Liberals continue to blame Bush for our economic woes?

The liberal's response to the economic collapse is right out of Saul Alinsky's rules for radicals. They lie and lie and lie and pretty soon they actually believe it and even convince weak minded people to join in on their lies.

The financial crisis of 2008 was 14 years in the making. Bush had 8 years to stop it (the warning signs were clearly evident at least as early as 2001) but did nothing. The Republican's who controlled from 1994-2006 did nothing either. There was opportunity to avoid all of this. It was not taken. While there was plenty of cowardice on both sides of the aisle I don't see how Bush can be held blameless.

Your facts need verification but I suspect you want to hear f/ folks that agree w/ your obvious slanted position and you will BA the answer that best coddles to your bias. I consider that childish however, the guidelines dictate that I must attempt to answer the question.

GWB inherited an economy that was so good he gave surplus money back to the taxpayers. Then he signed every spending bill to cross his desk and America was setting a new record debt every day as he left office.

Can a job get an easier than haphazardly signing away some one elses money while it temporarily makes you look good?

I have no idea how all that GWB spending improved our lives but I can certainly detect devastation.

well, I don't here ALL the liberals saying that... so no need to make generalizations. The one's who do say that just don't want to take responsibility for things. Many people always seem to be looking for someone to blame. The left blames the right, the right blames the left. Nothing will get better until all Americans take responsiility and ownership in their country. Stop the blame game and work together... grow the hell up people!

Because it is always easy to blame Bush for everything wrong in the world. According to them it is most likely Bush's fault we are in Libya and that gas is $4 a gallon. It is also Bush's fault the government is shutting down.

Liberals do little or no research so whatever comes out of Obama's mouth has to be gospel...doesn't make much sense to me. Obama is Bush on steroids.
