How does it make you feel when . . . ?
How does it make you feel / What goes through your mind when you hear someone say they wish they could have as much faith as Abraham had? (That is, enough faith/trust in God that you could kill your own child, if he asked.)
I'm more interested in the religious perspective here.

I've never heard anyone say that, but if I did, I'd call the cops/child protective services/the nearest mental institution.
Actually, I don't think I know where the nearest mental institution is. I'll have to look into that.

Abraham did not kill his son. Abraham trusted God because God is the creator and he knew that God could raise his son from death. God prevent Abraham from sacrificing Isaak and God provided the ram for Abraham. The covenant between God and Abraham still exists till this day. When God makes a covenant He keeps it.

if he had that much ****** faith then he was INSANE not religius plus if gods test is like that the message isnt love its blind faith and indifference and really would not ever trust that friggin viper again

It makes me think "his faith wasnt a gift, it was a choice. So you can choose to have the same amount of faith as him."
