Some types of fish though good for you should be limited, and no sushi.

You'll be fine. Go for it! I ate stuffed crust pizza often when I was pregnant with my kids. It was always such a big craving!

As long as it's not the only thing you eat for the next month, it's fine.

It should be ok as long as u blend it up really well or them or cut it into little tiny pieces...depending on how old the baby is and whether or not they have teeth...however I wouldn't recomend it if the baby is under 6 months

well if you are on bed rest due to pre-eclampsia, you probably have high blood pressure....eating food like that will cause a temporary rise in blood pressure from whatever it already is....but I'm no doctor, you can call your dr. and tell her you want pizza and see what he/she says :D

Has your doctor given you any food restrictions? If not, then that is just fine.

That's perfectly fine, but you need more variety to go with that.
