I like to workout my leg muscles the most because I feel like I get more out of the workout than if I do upper body.

Chest is nice, I just lay back and put no stress on my back at all. I do like a good lat workout though, I find it very easy to work this muscle group, and never get the DOMS.
Chest wins though.

Hi i like doing squats the most because its a all round body conditioner. Also like doing dead-lifts because it strengthens the lower back which most people have problems with.

all of them at the same time (rowing or cross-country skiing)
for lifting I like doing front squats, working the quads, hamstrings, butt, and back. It's so satisfying when you're on your last rep of your last set and you struggle under the bar but manage to pull off that rep without failing.
