Is it harder to change rear disk brakes than front on 2007 honda odyssey?

I've done front disk brakes on my odyssey twice. Now the rear are getting low. Is it harder to do the rear? Does the e-brake pose any complications? Do I need any special tools (other than the what i use for the front)? Thanks!

the rear disc brakes should be just as easy as the front disc brakes. the parking brake will pose no problem. just remember to block the front wheels before you put jack under the car.

Most likely you will have to rent the tool to compress the caliper piston, because the Honda uses the kind of piston that needs to turn to be compressed. And YES you have to be careful with the e-brake because on rear disc brakes the e-brake is a separate system, and sometimes gets hung up.

Not really. The only difference in the front

and rear assemblies is that of the emergency

brake cable assembly (rear, both sides).

Any tools required you already know about,

as you indicated that you have serviced

    your front brake assemblies twice.

Disc brakes are disc brakes. You should need no tools other than those you used for the front brakes.
