Hernia(S) in upper groin?

I had laproscopic surgery for hernia repair in my groin region, just above the penis on the left and right side 2009. I think I tore out more muscle in the same region(?) When I bend down or lift my left leg it is difficult and I feel something move inside me. Both sides are bulging out, left is the worst. I don't want to go through surgery again but will probably have to. Can I put it off until it is absolutely necessary? Please only answer if you have any experince with this

if it is bulging out it is further along than a slight one , you need to have them looked at before you decide if waiting is o.k. if they are not bad you can go for a long time before have them fixed if not you need it done right away as the intestine will possibly get strangled and will cause gang green and could kill you or make you so suck they will have to take part of intestine out,

I would have them checked out to see how far along they are before i do anything else. if not real bad you can wait a long time depending on what you do , it will limit activity you can do, so check it our first then decide.

I had one left side and waited over a year because it was not too bad, hurt real bad when I did things but will never heal itself so sometime it will have to be fixed. mine down 4 years ago and as out patient so not real bad, just going and have it done is not what a person wants to do.
