What happens if you have this sort of eating pattern?
6 days: 1000-1200 cals
day 7: 3000-4000 cals
Like binge once a week with all the foods you love. Will this affect your weight?

it would be much healthier to have 1300-1600 calories per day, every day. eating 4000 calories in a day is never good for you. you'd probably lose weight on the 6 days, but gain it all back on the 7th.

Not positive about that... But I know if your working out to lose weight. You eat that amount of calories during the week and your losing weight. You then can take one day to eat what you want with in reason to kinda shock your body alittle bit .To jump start it .To let your body think it is not on a diet. 3 to 4,000 calories is alot for one day . So you just have to keep track of your weight to see what it is doing .3,500 calories is one pound..You maybe eatting the right amount during the week were you can get away with eatting that much one day..
