What's the best brand for laptops?

I woud go with a apple. I use to have a Dell Laptop like 2 years ago but the battery only lasted about 1 year and a half. The Dell Laptop also moved slow on the nternet and off. It always put random things that clogged my computer up! But than I got an Apple and it works so great I love the software in Apple even though apple is a little pricey its a great computer that moves great. And the battery lasts so long! Hope this helps!

From my own research: the Acer laptops are the best ones. I checked a lot of different sites and reviews and I am going to buy Acer. I have planned to buy Toshiba but most reviews say it is not the best choice (plus, the people I questioned such as friends and a few experts they all say Acer)...

With any laptop u can have a problem but, I am going for Acer (even I wanted something bit more sound ;/ like HP or Toshiba)

I would recommend a HP Pavilion, they are very well built and have lots of cool features. They usually have a battery life up to about 6 hours and are just a great computer!

Acer IMO. if you have windows7, a decently priced Acer laptop would give you all 5.9+ scores on the windows experience index.( if you have 4 gb or less of ram)

The only bad thing is that is that it has a bit less battery capacity.
