75% = 75/100 = 3/4
55% = 55/100 = 11/20
2/5 = 0.4*100 = 40%
7/20 = 0.35*100 = 35%

It's simple Nate!!! Let me help ya!
First off, in percents, we are saying "this out of 100!" for example, 75% out of 100%. like grades, right?
So, if you're trying to convert your percent to a fraction then you basically do x/100.
Watch:
75/100 (reduce these!!) =3/4
55/100 (reduce these!!) = 11/20
Converting a ratio is easy too!!!
2/5- ask yourself how many times does 5 go into 100?
This will = 20! then, multiply your top number by 20! So, you're answer is 20/100!!!
Try the next one!
7/20= 20 goes into 100 5 times!
7x5= 35!
therefore, your answer is 35/100!

Just take both sides of the ratio and multiply to get the left side to be 100. So the ratio 2/5 = (2*20)/(5*20) = 40/100 40/100 = 40%

okay so for percent to ratio you gotta find the HCF (highest common factor) which in this case is 5
umm kiddo those bottom ones arent ratios theyre fractions
so if you gotta turn 75% into a fraction
lets break it down per-cent
per means "out of"
cent means"100"
so percent means "out of 100"
so now were left with 75 out of 100, which written as a fraction is 75/100
now we simplify it by using the highest common factor which is 25
so we divide 75 and 100 into 25 and were left with 3/4
if im not confused by your question then reply to my answer and i will continue telling you how to do this
