What would you like to have a book written about?

This is just a random question, but then aren't most of the questions on here fairly random? Well, to get to the point, I'm wondering if you've ever come up with a plot, or a storyline that you wish was out there or has/had been published. It can fit into any genre, but preferably the non-fiction categories. And it can be anything: a story about a tomatoe who grows ears or a city of zombies. I don't really care, I just want to know what people wish was out there on the shelves of book stores.

Ask questions, or for more info, I'll edit it in.

Thanks in advance and as you all know, 10 points to the best answer.

Update:

I'm sorry, I didn't put this in there, but I'm not WRITING the plots. I'm just bored and was wondering what other people were thinking about our literary world right now. Trust me, I hate the questions where people try to get others to write books for them. :) Thanks again.

I'd like to see a book based around the mystery of why suddenly a message appears in the church window when the sunrises. Vague, I know, but still, I think it'd be cool! :)

That is the wrong way to go about it. If you are going to write a book you should write about what you want to and hope other people will like it, you shouldn't try and find out what people like and force yourself to write about that. If you write about what you are passionate about, chance are you will end up with a much better story than if you try and write what you think people want to read.

  • A memoir. I love Model by Cheryl Diamond. Just snippets from people's lives. This is when I felt fell in love (Seventeenth Summer. Which I kinda dislike.) But just memoirs. My current addication.

Girls sister dies because of dad. Girl meets boy. Girl dies.

    That's my story.

But with a few other details that I'm not gonna give since you just want someones plot to write about.

If I could come up with a brilliant plot, I would have already written it.

I know I love historical-fiction and fantasy. So, anything containing the two is wonderful.

How about writing a story about someone who is stupid enough to fall for a thinly-veiled attempt for an unimaginative person to steal story ideas?

A book with stunning plot twists and involves a giant lizard with a city on its back.
