Any good fantasy books/movies?
I've been craving a bit of fantasy lately xD Any suggestions? I prefer fantasy with lots of action, romance, drama, to help clear things up a bit c:

Loads!!
A Song of Ice and Fire series by George R.R. Martin (FANTASTIC!!!)
And there's even an HBO show called Game of Thrones (which is the first book in the series; and btw the show is AWESOME)
The Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan (and Brandon Sanderson)
Kingmaker Kingbreaker by Karen Miller
The Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind (also had a show - Legend of the Seeker -, but wasn't that good)
Mistborn Trilogy; Warbreaker; Elantris by Brandon Sanderson
The Elenium, The Tamuli by David Eddings
the entire Shannara series by Terry Brooks
Maybe some Forgotten Realms books (e.g. by R.A. Salvatore - he's actually the reason why I started reading fantasy)
Good movies?? Sadly no...
To pick up some of the movies that have been mentioned:
Stardust - is alright, but not mind-blowing
What Dreams May Come - not really fantasy (really about Heaven and Hell)
Pan's Labyrinth - set in the 20th century (pretty much just the imagination of a little girl)
Dragonheart - like Stardust, okay; pretty cheesy (same with Eragon, btw)
For now, that's all I can think of...

Dragons of Winter Night and Dragons of Autumn Twilight. Very good books.

A SONG OF FIRE AND ICE. SERIOUSLY, IT'S THE BEST SERIES EVER! the First book is "A Game of Thrones"
if that somehow doesn't float your boat, look up "The Belgariad"
