How to Decide Between 3 College Majors?

I am finishing my Associate's degree in business management and I'm looking to get my Bachelor's degree. I originally thought my major was going to be business administration with a minor in accounting but now I am considering majoring in accounting. I have also been turned onto human resource management by one of my instructors and I find that I am really interested in that as well. I just do not know if it best to stick with a generalized degree (business) or go with something more specialized (accounting, human resource management). I have high levels of interest in all 3. Help me!

You'll know more after you've been at a 4-year college for a semester or two. For your first semester there, take accounting, HR management and another business course, and then see how you feel.

You would only major in accounting if you want a career in it; same with HR mgmt. Otherwise, the general biz degree can include courses from either or both of those, whether or not you declare it as a minor.

Another option is to double major, perhaps in accounting and HR mgmt, and then take whatever other business courses interest you.

Understand that you can change your major at any time, even up to your last semester. Telling a college admissions board one thing as a major does not set it in stone.

I would suggest that you go for something more specific only because business is a very large area to get into and if you specialize in one subject you can get more money after you get your degree. Best of luck and major in something you really enjoy doing. Good luck and I hope this helped.
