Are you an American or European living in Thailand? What do you like to cook?

I am 100% an American, and I always cook my Thai food in the Microwave. Thank you CP Foods.

We have many ingredients growing right here on the property and my wife is an excellent cook, so I leave the Thai food to her which is most of what we eat. I will occasionally make something Western too but my wife can do that also - and for a rare mood treat, I found that I can melt some cheese on top of Thai dishes and give it a fusion feel -- when in the mood for richness.... but hell, mix it up and have a great time being creative, making Chris food - originality and creativity is the true spice of life.

i want to retire rich... if i'm rich, it doesn't matter where i stay... Australia, New Zealand, Califonia, Bevely Hill, Canada, China... But if i'm not rich, i might want to consider thailand as the cost of living is pretty low while the standard of living is relatively high. Nice People, nice food... and politically stable despite the coup...

I cook things like hamburgers and western food when I do cook. My wife cooks the Thai food when we don't go out for it. I don't cook any Thai food, my wife and restaurants can do it much better than I can.

Being as we don't have an oven it's very difficult to do baked meals. I never cook Thai. That's left to the missus. I have a tendency to experiment with 'Lobo' brand sauce mixes and make use of the microwave with it's inbuilt grill.
