Has anyone cooked up some chili using ground turkey?

Want to make some chilli only without the ground beef. Someone suggested I used ground turkey. Seems it would be less fatty and a little more healthier. Has anyone done this and if so what recipe did you use?

Use your regular chili recipe except substitute ground turkey for ground beef.

Ground turkey is great for chili, burgers, meatloaf, tacos, etc... If you want to be a little different try white chili which is typically made with chicken but works just as well with turkey!

Yes same taste but healthier! I have made plenty of recipes with ground turkey can't tell a difference at all!

I use ground turkey all the time, for chilli, taco's and meatloaf. You need a little more seasoning.

Yeah, I've tried it. Pretty poor substitute for beef if you are a real chili fan.

Yes but turkey is much leaner than meat so it will be much more dry, so you should tenderize it and be careful not to overcook
