Stop breasts from growing or what to do to accept it?

I'm a 32I I gained 2 sizes in the last 3 months, I work out ever other day or so, I'm almost 25. I grow out of my shirts and need a new wardrobe every 6 months or so. I can't afford a reduction, or to keep buying clothes. I'm still wearing bras from when I was an f.. My back hurts everyday... I don't know what to do, them getting bigger is ruining my body image, I hate leaving the house. And my self consciousness is beginning to ruin my marriage.... I don't know what to do how do I accept them.. Or stop them or something to make it stop ruining me and my life?

Once you get a bra that fits you breast will look smaller then they do now.  You will look a bit thinner because for most women the smallest part of the tummy is there under the bust. So by picking up your girls a bit and putting them the proper place  you will look better. 

When it comes to your wardrobe until your gaining weight not just breast weight your bottoms(jeans, panties, Skirts) should be the same  You only need 3 bras that are functional and 1 sexy set. if your hubby wants to and you want to you can get more sexy undies. Once you get your new bras try on the bra with your tops and see if you really need to get new tops. If they are stretchy you might not need to get a new top. If the tops are v neck and you can now see you bra get some bandeau bra tops to wear under your top. You can get them cheap 5-10 buck get a bunch of colors. When it comes to tailored tops you might have to replace them but instead of going to a store to by button down shirts  go to a seamstress with your favorite old tops and ask if she can recreate it. 

You don't need a reduction you just need a proper bra.

Well,  there is not much you can do to stop them from growing.  I would see a Dr.  The back pains could qualify you to get a reductions on insurance.

You need to get a better bra to help with the excessive weight of the breast.

Ok your back problems will go away when your self image problem goes. Its caused by bad posture not breast size. When you accept them and use them fro what they were made for, you'll find out how wonderful they can be and you back will stop hurting too.
