I know where we use square roots and how to use them, I just do not see a use for simplifying them. Is there a real world need?

I am just wondering if reference letters for my first round of <a 2 year> nursing school would be beneficial? I work at a medical facility as an administrator so I have access to providers and nurses who would vouch for my work ethic, desire to learn and drive to help others. I wan not planning on letting anyone else know I was applying until I was at least accepted but I would if it may help me get in in the first place. 

I signed a contract for a new furnace and water heater over 2 months ago. We have has to re-fill out the financing paper work twice and all they have done is remove part of the heat sources and watch the oil for the water heater deplete (I cant get the oil filled with out paying another $1000 to someone else when we are switching to natural gas anyway ( This water heater also provides water to my attached apartments and their tenants).. So now I have no heat at all in half of my apartment, with two sick kids... I don't know what to do. I checked the contract and it does not specify any time line or anything but later this week we have a weather advisory which could leave me and my kids in the (very)cold, my tenants (and myself) with out hot water and not to mention my electric bill tat was around $400 last month due to the use of electric heat to try to compensate... The crew that is doing the work is nice and all but they do not seem to have any urgency to get my job done :(

This is in NY state. I plan on connecting two of my units and a tenant just told me they will be giving me their keys tomorrow (20 days early). since he paid out his full month do I have to wait till its done to connect the units?

We are buying a house (a quadraplex to be spicific) in very small city in NY. The realtor just told me that we need to rent a PO box as the mail is not deliver to us... This house is only 3 streets down from the post office too.. it has no mailboxes but some apartments a bit further from the city center do.. I have just never heard of a house not having any postal service at all. I will call them later but it will be bugging me so I figured I will ask here while I wait.

I have an Acura TSX that has less than 40,000miles. A few weeks ago I noticed no matter how high it revs when trying to go, it barely accelerates, also it has gotten harder to shift at the higher gears (over revving) and very loose clutch... After getting a mechanic's advice and getting everything we (Not the mechanic) installed the brand new clutch. SAME PROBLEM... I don't know what else to do.... Any advice appreciated.

Went into labor about 2hours ago (it's now 10a here) husband left work to come to the hospital, his sargent took his leave packet from him as we were walking out the door.. Are they going to start the 10 days free leave now even tho I might have up to two days of labor before we get our daughter...

Im confused on this, I can not find anything on the fuse box diagram that says where the fuse is for the blinkers/turn signals... They are not working but the hazards are.. If its just a fuse what would it be under on the fuse box diagram (called something diffrent or something) if you don't think it's a fuse what else might I try? Thanks

Im pregnant now... I live in Germany and I have like no friends anymore since most have left. I'm upset because, I have always dreamed of the normal things like a big wedding and big baby shower and all that... I was married in a court house, so I didn't get a dream wedding.. Now I have noone here so I don't get a baby shower.. To top it off everyone here seems to be pregnant.. Its just making me sad since I won't even a baby shower... And having every one pregnant kind of makes me feel less special, like there is no reason to share my news cause I'm sure everyone is sick of hearing someone say they are pregnant... I'm not going to get any f the thugs I dreamed about as a child.. What I really need is some way to feel special about the baby, cause right now I'm numb toward it... I want to be excited and screaming it to the world like the other women here... It just makes me feel like nothing special... Just 1 of a thousand... I'm happy for my baby but it i don't feel special, maybe I should just smile and watch everyone else be happy, and just love my baby alone. Idk how to feel anymore.. I just wanna be proud... I'm 25 and 16 weeks pregnant btw. My husband does not understand this stuff..

I'm a 32I I gained 2 sizes in the last 3 months, I work out ever other day or so, I'm almost 25. I grow out of my shirts and need a new wardrobe every 6 months or so. I can't afford a reduction, or to keep buying clothes. I'm still wearing bras from when I was an f.. My back hurts everyday... I don't know what to do, them getting bigger is ruining my body image, I hate leaving the house. And my self consciousness is beginning to ruin my marriage.... I don't know what to do how do I accept them.. Or stop them or something to make it stop ruining me and my life?

I have a 2003 jetta the blinkers work fine and there are no blown fuses or anything when I try to turn the hazard lights on it just buzzes at me I checked all the fuses associated with the blinkers tail lights hazards and even the head lights I can't figure it out please help.
