My car key is broken, can anyone help me find a rubber glove/cover for it?

I have been looking everywhere and I cannot seem to find what I am looking for. The part on my car key that hooks onto my key ring is broken. So instead of paying $60 for a new key, (because it has the computer chip in it), I just need a rubber cover to go on it. Something similiar to this just not design. And it needs to be square instead of round so my key will properly fit it. Any advice?

I had this happen to a friend of mine...I had to drill a hole in it so he could keep it on a key ring at the least..(I know sounds really backyard) but it saved him $85.00....and he didnt loose his key.. you could use a good two part epoxy on it also, just have to get creative and mold it...HAHA Hope this helps good luck

shape a small peace of plastic dill a hole the size you need and then stick it to your key with super glue .

the "chip" could have memory about your use.........could tell the security alarm not to go off.........might enable the ignition system that is otherwise disabled without a key with the right chip in it.

Go to a locksmith shop. They should have those in stock.
