Back muscle pain...About 4 days ago I had a really restless nights sleep, tossing and turning all night....?
In the morning all the muscles in my back were aching like crazy which I guess is to be expected.
But now, 4 days later, they're still really sore. It not all over any more but a more localised but large area (the best way for me to show where it is, is if you put one hand on each of your butt cheeks and then move your hands up to the middle of your back, that's the exact area I'm feeling discomfort)
I'm getting a little worried as it's been days since it started and it's getting worse. I bent down to tie my shoes this morning and couldn't even finish the first one before I had to stand up, my muscles were agony!
I'm obviously guna go to the doctor and see what's going on but if anyone has also experienced this or similar and has some advice for good ways to help, I'd really appreciate it.

It sounds like you have inflammation is your back, you just need to go to the doctor he will give you some muscle relaxer pills that will help.

Depends on what sort of day I've had. If it is been certainly disturbing, I'll toss and switch and would possibly not go to sleep till it is just about time to stand up. If I've performed plenty of homework, housekeeping, or going for walks round in an afternoon, I'm customarily asleep earlier than my head hits the pillow at the cool facet. There's not anything just like the cool facet of the pillow whilst you are worn out!
