Everyone's a little different.
My friends can generally tell that I'm drunk when I start invading their personal space and loudly telling them that they are extremely attractive and successful individuals.

slurring, glassy shiny looking eyes, hard time balancing, laughing a lot well all that happens to me when im drunk! and acting weird! but i act weird when im sober to! hahaha!

everyone is going to be different.
sometimes my friends don't know if i am or not.
for example if i'm drunk enough i stumble, i slur, i do things i normally wouldn't try (like dancing or singing), i smell like alcohol. more listed in the link below

When your friend looks stupid and does stupid and idiotic things. But if your underage, then you are in big trouble. Plus don't drink and drive folks.
