The blond guy and his butler are in the first episode because it is kind of like an introduction. The blond's name is Alois Tracy and the Butler is Claude Faustus. Ciel and Sebastian are in the second season but unless you want spoilers i suggest you watch the second season...

Yes, they're in season 2. I'm sure you don't want the entire second season spoiled for you, so just be patient and keep watching. Everything will be explained.
@Fari - Ciel doesn't actually die at the end of season 1. This is explained in season 2.

ciel and sebastian do show up later on. clause and alois don't seem to play that big of a role, but they end up having a major part in the series. clause has basically the same past as ciel, which causes a lot of the future events

Have you not see season 1 to the end ciel dies (it never show that but thati happened) i have not seen season 2 is any good :)
