Have you ever hate somebody so much, you just want to abuse/hurt that person physically?

If yes, what would you do to overcome that feeling.The person is a member of family. And don't say pray hard, I've tried that and it doesn't work.

    Yes, when I was a child and thought and acted like a child.

    I got over it when I saw the pointlessness of revenge.

    yeah this one girl who ruined my life and the ex that raped me and the girl he cheated on me with.my abusive ex of course.
