What did I do to my shoulder?
I was messing around with my friends on a huge slip and slide. I was running towards it when I tripped and started to fall. I tried to roll out of it because i'd rather not face plant on the cement, but i was a little early on the roll and landed straight on the back of my right shoulder, putting all my weight and momentum on it. I heard a pop, and when I got up my lower arm was numb and I felt immediate pain originating from the joint and couldn't move my arm without serious pain and discomfort, but I didn't seek any help with it. After about ten to fifteen minutes, I could move it again and could again feel my arm. Its been 3 days since it happened and the pain persists but has slightly lessened, but I keep accidentally bumping it and laying on it, causing the same original feeling I felt when I injured it. I can do simple tasks with my arm so long as I don't use any shoulder muscles or my triceps. When I lift my arm horizontally away from my body I hear multiple pops and a grinding sound and sensation. I feel only a little bit of pain, but upon letting my arm down I feel only muscular pain in my triceps. I'm currently on prescription growth hormone and I'm afraid that this major joint is in danger of being permanently damaged because my body is currently in a state of a permanent growth spurt. I don't want to go to the doctor though because if there is even a slight pain in any of my joints, I'm not to take my growth hormone for a long time, thus affecting my future height.
Personally, I can't tell if its swollen or not, and I can't see any obvious deformations of shoulder, I am just concerned if it is something I should be worried about.
What is ailing my shoulder, and is it serious enough to go to the doctor about it?

I think you dislocated it! same happened to me, I was like stage fighting with my brother and I pretended to fall and I hit my shoulder on the headboard. I felt the same symptoms as you, so I would tell someone.
