Well, who's the guy? If he's just your platonic buddy and he's giving you a peck on the cheek, touching your face doesn't mean anything. If he's someone you're snogging but not officially dating yet, it means he has nice technique. I don't really think the hand on the face has any independent significance.

hes being very sweet and gentle with you. If it was just a whatever kiss, he wouldn't desire the extra sensation of feeling your skin on his hand. This is a bit more intimate :)
