What is the Warren Buffett rule?

I will tell you. Don't pay your taxes, dispute them. Warren Buffett owes 1 billion in taxes from 2002-2004, but he disputes them instead of paying them

Update:

I do own my own business. Yes, his business does. He owns the business. So who owes the money?? If my business owes in back taxes, I pay it out of the business account, which in MINE!!!

Update 2:

If they can prove tax fraud, who do you think they will go after??? THE OWNER!!! HE HAS THE LIABILITY!!!

Update 3:

I thought you might like this:

>

> "Oh", said the man. "Whose clock is that?" "That's

>

> "Incredible", said the man. "And whose clock is that

>one?" Peter responded, "That's Abraham Lincoln's

>clock.? The hands have moved twice, telling us that

>Abraham told only two lies in his entire life."

Also, Obama says that a millionaire's secretary pays a higher tax rate than the millionaire. *face-palm*

He must have missed 2nd-12th grade math.

EDIT: My family also owns a business. As the owners, my parents are liable for the business as a whole. If an employee breaks a leg there, they're the ones liable, not the building. If they pay a supplier more than what is in the account, they have to pay the overdraft out of pocket. They are the store. The store's taxes are their taxes. Anyone who says otherwise needs to spend some time in the financial department of a retail business.

Warren Buffet does NOT owe $1 Billion in taxes. Berkshire Hathaway does. Maybe if you ever start a business and learn how the tax code works, then you'll understand. And, they aren't refusing to pay them. They are contesting them in court.
