Wolverine. Not only is his entire body laced with the strongest metal on earth -Adamantium- but he has metal claws and a healing factor that makes it practically impossible for him to die. Best. Canadian. Superhero. Ever.

Okay, I'm Canadian. British Columbia to be exact. Vancouverite to be specific. The Vancouver Canucks are my hockey team - Johnny Canuck is on the logo of the uniforms and is associated with the team. Ex. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M-WQx2N1aXA If you're a hockey fan, you'll understand. If not, forget the video. Point of the fact = that's Johnny Canuck.

You could ALMOST say Superman is Canada's greatest hero, since his two creators came from Canada. :)
Actually, Superman is EARTH'S greatest/mightiest hero. :)
