Stiff & sore back after doing my own stunts?
I am in this musical that requires that we fall down as if we were suddenly shot. We don't have tumbling mats or any kind of cushion, and being dedicated to the musical I've been falling onto the hard wood floor as if it were the real performance each time. Now my mid to lower back hurts like a mother..Please help!
