guys i need to increase my stamina to increase exercise. Please guide me?

i get tired very easily while exercising and i need to increase my stamina for it.. please guide me through natural ways because i am not much in favor of food suppliments or tablets

    Best is stay active, dance, use only stairs (no lift), walk to nearest shop, get good sleep and stay happy

    Eat Yogurt, drink hot milk bedtime, drink lots of water, drink green tea morning first thingand eat little salad before lunch and Dinner.

    u shud do 15 mins jog daily, sit-ups, climbing stairs (very effective), lunges (very effective), crunches, leg raises, dance workout for flat tummy and toned legs and butt. Cycling, swimming, dance and skipping rope is also helpful

    You can follow following diet and fitness tips for better results: -

    A good tip is turn vegetarian, have 5 time meals rather. Eat yogurt, curd in mrng and evening.

    You can have seafood also.

    breakfast of cereals, milk and egg only, with bread

    lunch u can have beans on bread, dal rice, bread with baked/ boiled vegetables

    have light dinner, again u can have bread and salad with gravy, pulses

    avoid chicken, beef, pork, cheese, paneer, pizzas and junk food.

    Avoid rice at night

    learn some recipes for healthy food. You can look for alternates like fish, crab, prawns, Soya, Mushrooms etc..

    You can do activities like streching, breathing exercises, yoga, running, like standing at same place u do running motion, arobics, dance, climb stairs till 5 storeys 3-4 times a day, jogging, badminton, volleyball also keep you fit

    swimming is also good exercise

    You can do free exercises like push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups to stay fit

    get a pair of light weight dumbells and do arm exercises

    for thighs do lunges, sit-ups, stepper, multi-exercise, leg curls, leg press, jogging, climbing, climbing steps

    for arms do dumbell curl, reverse dumbell curl with light weights (15-20-25 reps)

    for abs do crunches, leg raises, tiwst crunches, standing twists etc.

    for chest do bench press, dumbell flies, pec dec etc.

    Note: I suggest light dumbells over machines. please make sure u do light weights and more reps for weight loss.

    Please don't do exercise if you have cold or some illness.

    Do more & more exercise it will build up your stamina automatically. Increase the duration of exercise or increase the resistance & speed. This is the natural way. But if you want quick or unnatural ways, there are a lot many supplements & capsules available in the stores. But i advice not to go for that as they make the body artificial & have side- effects & a time will come that your body will become too much dependent on these pills that it won't do anything at its own.     This is Easy, so lets put it into an easy perspective!

    Im running a 100m race, I get very out of breath at the end,

    So I do it another 2 times, This will test my heart, increasing the heart rate will with out a doubt increase stamina, so Train more intense on cardio, Lots of sprinting, But building stamina will come with benefits, healthier body, you will burn fat like no tomorrow! lots of intense exercise will increase your metabolism,

    I run 1.5 mile fast as i can, My first best time was 16 minutes, bad I know, But I kept doing it, and I also done more intense cycling and sprinting, and not long after, I ran 8:37, for a mile and a half and I also trimmed 5 stone, and my stamina is amazing

    Now, Muscular stamina can also be called endurance, lets say I can do 10 press ups without pain, but the person next to me can do ten with alot of struggle, because I have more stamina, for this is recommend Holding the position, such as a plank will build core stability and stamina!

    What is Stamina/Endurance,

    Stamina can be the amount your muscles can take before fail, or the distance you can go before fail,

    Research shows, that people that are more motivated, have abit more stamina than normal, because they are focused mentally, also people that listen to music are able to lift harder or run longer than normal,so being more focused on your goal can lead to a bigger push, But stamina comes with time, and effort,
