Chobits (Its was alright. The plot is better than the comedy itself.)

Clannad (this is great and so sad but it has it's funny moments, just try not to watch it out of order like I did because the anime is already confusing and It will be even more so if you watch it out of sync)

Yeah, it's a pretty big variety. Death Note is mostly serious, but it certainly does has its funny moments.
