character named IT face covered by hair?

I am trying to find an image of a character who I think is called IT.

It's face is covered by long black hair...not sure it even has a face.

Ringing any bells? I think it may be a cartoon...

    That sounds like Cousin It, from The Addams Family. TV show, a major movie, and I wouldn't be surprised by a cartoon version. They all come from a comic strip written by Charles Addams, if I recall correctly.

    He actually spells his name "Itt".
