The scent of alcohol is a result of the alcohol being expelled through the lungs as your body processes it. This is why breathalizers work. No specific kind of alcohol will stop that from happening. The best way to conceal the alcohol is to not drink very much of it.
If you're worried about the scent of alcohol immediately after you drink it, then lighter flavored drinks are probably best, such as unflavored Vodka or clear Rum.

most schnapps have some nice flavors that will make your breath smell decent!
personally id say goldschlager (cinnamon), Dr McGillicuddy's peppermint schnapps stuff like that
