Help me with my dog's habit?

My shih tzu is 2 years old and chews everything. Every time I leave my dog he chews even when i'm still in my house I will look over and he is chewing something. I really don't think its healthy. I have him tons of toys and bones he is spoiled. Please help me stop his bad habit!!

    1) Put bitter apple spray on the furniture. You can get it at most pet stores.

    2) Make sure he gets plenty of exercise. Chewing can be a symptom of too much energy.

    3) Make sure he has plenty of her own toys. Nylabones and kongs are good for chewing.

    4) When you catch him chewing on something, say "NO!" in a stern voice and redirect him to one of his toys. Praise him when he starts chewing on his toy.

    Chewing what?

    If it's something you can take away - take it away and give him a toy. Every time.

    If it's furniture - spray with Bitter Apple or a bit of lemon or lime juice.

    Are u sure he doesnt have a tooth ache? Trust me it is possible for dogs to have tooth aches and if he does it more when u leave it could b separation anxiety
