So I was reported twice, boy am I not on a roll here?

1st time as of this morning I was reported for abuse, when my answer was about the parent not being supportive for their daughter, practically calling her ugly in her photos.

2nd Some one was begging to be reported and I answered, assuming that they were hacking into the person's account to get them reported, and warned them.

Am I in the wrong somewhere???

Update:

I remember what I've stated. In the 1st question I did not call anyone ugly if anybody's drawing the wrong idea. I answered the question with another "Is that how you feel about your daughter?" <- that's what I said and have been reported abusive for it.

As for the second question, I think it was trolling or somebody trying to rid of another's profile. I answered if they liked to be reported. Of course my threat was reacted into a report against myself. Key word is 'threat'.

It's the other way around in my point of view, I can probably understand the second report because it seems valid enough. However, the first one was a complete disregard of their own child and I thought it was a bit crude, I don't understand why my first report was issued.

Update 2:

I don't know who thumbs down Riki but I believe he's got a point, it's not what is said but how it's said. I do get a bit insult-like in my cranky moods, maybe I shouldn't get on here so early in the morning -_-

"Chatting or otherwise violating the question-and-answer format.

Yahoo! Answers is a community of questions and answers, not a chat room. If a post is neither a question nor an answer, it doesn’t belong here."

    http://answers.yahoo.com/info/community_guidelines...

In the first instance, answering a question with another question is not accepted as you need to be providing knowledge or information to questions asked.

In the second instance, commenting to give a warning is not considered answering a question, and would therefore be considered "chat" under the Y!A Community Guidelines quoted above.

Safest thing is to avoid "Questions" where the response might not easily be a straight "Answer".

the first one is reportable for name calling

as for the other it was someone that just didn't like the answer more than likely

You may be on a roll the wrong way, Without full context impossible to know where you are going wrong but it may be a warning to you to be careful with your posts.

I don't believe that your in the wrong, someones obviously being ignorant and just reporting you because they are being immature.

yes...Your first answer was a violation for insulting others and the 2nd was a nonanswer...perhaps you could get off that roll if you read and followed the guidelines.

Trolls care not who they can lure in and beat up. You did nothing wrong, but someone thinks you did and that's all Y!A cares about
