How can I give closure to this?

I lived for 5 years in the United States working as a teacher. I hated my job, so after careful thinking I decided to go back to my country. Things have not turned out as I expected and I am now unemployed and looking for work. Sometimes I can't help but thinking that I may have made a wrong decision. However, deep inside me I'm somewhat sure I made the right decision. Have you ever been in a similar situation? How could I give closure to this? Thanks

Now let us deal with this from the beginning. First you had a job that you hate , because of that you went back to your country of origin. and you are unemployed.

First find out what makes you hate your job, the employment security, the students, the people around you in the job or you just not in the proper frame of mind at that moment. You don't just leave job in an impulse, specially after the training and preparation to be a teacher? It is a vocation and it is demanding, self sacrifice but the rewards are great. Or did you just took the job because you wanted a paycheck? Either way, you have to regroup and rethink. If you do not think teaching is your cup of tea, maybe you can find another job something that makes you happy. If you are happy in your job it will be satisfying than being stuck in calling that you hate. Another option is if you can go back to the United States and find another job aside from teaching , then go for it. Time will make adjustments if we humans are willing to compromise. Good Luck.
