Do you think there should be a law preventing anyone under the age of 21 from even entering a bar?
All acrossed this nation there are programs of prevetion while we still allow 13 and 14 year olds to go into bars...... to me they should not be allow through the door at all it only encourages them to partisipate in the behavior and sets a bad example.
The state i am refering to is washington DC in addition if the bar serves sandwiches it can be considered a resteruant.
And Im not saying they are drinking they arnt if they dont get served by there friends who are of age.

Whatever. The bad example is set at home, or else they wouldn't even want to go to the bar at 13.
What kind of allowances do these kids have? I don't think I could even afford to go to a bar if I wanted to at 13.
If the kid is there early in the day, he's only gonna see 3 types of people. Businessmen, near-homelss-looking men, and a local alchy who enjoys playing the Lotto machine at the bar.
If he goes at night...different story. You can get him away from the alchy, but he might get addicted to the people.

What state do you live in??? No state allows minors in bars. It is most definitely ILLEGAL.
The only exception is if the bar is also a restaurant and it is before 9pm or some statutory time set by the state.
