How long after bronchitis should I still be having fevers?

This is one of the strangest times I have ever been sick. A little background, I felt fine then suddenly I got a horrible cough and fever. By 3 in the morning my fever was up to 104.5 with nothing but a sheet on me and having already taking Tylenol.

I went to the urgent care the next day and was told I have bronchitis without a chest x-ray or any tests other than him listening to my lungs. I was given a Z-pack. A few days later I ended up with bacterial vaginosis and had to take Flaygl and the Flaygl gave me a yeast infection so finally I took a Diflicuan (sp?) So full of problems.

Now it is almost 2 weeks later and all the meds are finished and I am still having random low grade fevers 99-100.5 and still have a cough and feel tired and weak. The tiredness and weakness are slowly getting better but the random fever thing worries me.

I have been resting, drinking lots of fluid, taking OTC cough meds, my inhaler, and IB Profin.

I really want to know if this is par for the course. I tried to call the Urgent care and ask but of course they are closed now until Tuesday. I do plan to follow up with my personal doc but won't be able to get an appointment for 1-2 more weeks. 

If this seems normal to you, just how long does this crud tend to last? I have to carry on with my normal life at some point. I've been to work but I was useless, and my other job is re opening after the Holiday's and I have to get right back in the swing of things.

It can be normal.  If you started out with a virus that set off the bronchitis and the medicine for that set off the yeast infection.  Now that all the bacterial stuff is taken care of, you probably STILL have that virus.
What also could have happened is you caught the virus AFTER the bronchitis and it hasn't run its course yet.
All those meds you ended up with do NOTHING for virus.  It just must run its course.
Add some moisture to your bedroom if you live in an area that is using a furnace as the dry air can make any respiratory stuff worse. A humidifier is just part of my winter supplies as without it I am sick all winter long.
