How long into the relationship do you wait before getting sexually active or should we?

I am a 16 year old guy and i this girl who i am going out with is also 16 she is in 10th grade i am an 11th grader. Well i know this sounds stupid but most of the people in my grade who have been in relationships have taken it to the next level and have done something sexual like a bl0Job or a hand job or just getting fingered or something. Keep in mind i really like my girlfriend we have been going out for 2 months but i am just wondering are we going to take it to the next level.

Things are still kind of awkward actually she is my first girlfriend and i am her first boyfriend but i am sure most of her friends have done something and are asking about us. Do you think she would want to? She is really attractive but she is sort of shy which she doesn't like to admit to and self conscious even though i tell her i think she is so pretty. She also can be really flirty at the same time so i don't know if she would want to take it to the next level but i do. How can i bring it up? I am not just going to do it because everyone else is and i think that's cool or something, no! I think it would bring us closer together and i need some sexual release and i would think she would need some release too but only if it is okay with her and if it is then lets go. I am thinking don't some girls want to have sex just as bad as guys sometimes? She is always being flirty sucking on a lollipop around me and then i ask about it and she just giggles. Sometimes it gives me a b0near i am not even joking its so SEXY.
