What are they really? What are they filled with?

    A blister is your body's cushion against pressure. It is filled with lymph the liquid part of the blood that the corpuscles float in. They are the beginning of most callouses another natural defense against pressure.

    something like acne, with yellow pus like thing and should not be squeshed to get rid of it, could more spread.
